Shared by everyone
Equipped kitchen, terrace, laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Weekly cleaning of the shared areas.
One home, one person
Each home is designed for one person: the charges are calculated that way and the space is sized to live comfortably. With seven residents at most, the kitchen, the terrace, the washing machine and the dryer stay easy for everyone to use. That is what gives everyone enough room and keeps shared life simple.
The lease
Minimum stay: 5 months, then renewable for 6 months up to 1 year.
Who lives here
A quiet residential house where people respect each other. Today it is shared by working people, about 27 years old on average. Non-smoking house, no pets.
